HEAVY-DUTY FABRICATION

Precision chassis fabrication

Our robotic welding systems and high-tolerance alignment jigs construct structural frames engineered to withstand continuous high-utilization fleet demands without structural fatigue.

Automated structural integrity

Every chassis frame is fabricated from heavy-gauge high-tensile steel, welded under automated atmospheric control to prevent micro-fissures and guarantee long-term alignment accuracy.

OPERATIONAL FLOW

The assembly sequence

From bare frame to final dyno-testing, our structured assembly flow ensures every component is integrated to exact engineering tolerances.

01. Frame & Harness

02. Powertrain Mount

03. Calibration & Dyno

Chassis are mounted to the line where heavy-duty wiring harnesses, control cables, and thermal insulation are routed through the structural spine.

Engine blocks and transmissions are mechanically hoisted and secured using high-tensile fasteners calibrated to exact torque specifications.

Completed vehicles undergo automated diagnostic scans and full-load dyno testing to verify power output, braking efficiency, and emissions.
